Nourishing Wholefoods pink happykraut is coarsely chopped and wild fermented.  Made with crunchy drum cabbage, a sprinkle of beetroot and fresh ground pepper, it has that vibrant colour and classic sweet, sour and peppery flavour that pairs well with just about every dish.
