Christmas/Fruit Cake Mix In a Bag

Easy go to premix Just wet ingredients add: 

Just add: Christmas cake - 30g rum, 110g orange juice, 10g orange zest, 50g applesauce, 130g coconut oil, melted or oil of choice

Ingredients: bakers flour, castor sugar, raisins, cranberries, cinnamon, ginger powder, nutmeg ground

Christmas cake premix Instructions: 

Just add:

30g rum

110g orange juice

10g orange zest

50g applesauce

130g coconut oil, melted or oil of choice

Method:

1. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius.
2. In a large mixing bowl, empty the contents of the Christmas Cake Premix and then add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Mix until well combined and then pour into a lined cake tin 19 cm in diameter (or similar).
4. Bake for 20 minutes and then turn the oven down to 160 degrees celsius and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
5. Leave on a cooling rack until cool and store in a sealed container in the pantry refrigerator.
