The Wonky Loaf was established as a micro sourdough bakery from Katie’s home kitchen in 2018. From the humble and very sweet beginnings to a now thriving, full production bakery that services the Sunshine Coast, it’s fair to say that The Wonky Loaf is becoming the crème de la crème for sourdough products.
Slow fermented sourdough is the heart and soul of The Wonky Loaf, so much so, that they use the fermentation process in everything they create, from the bread and pastries to the pie crusts and sweet tarts. Not only are their sourdough products addictively good, but they’re also kinder on our tummies. This is possible due to both the 36 hour fermentation process which breaks down the gluten and the high quality, sustainable and organic flours used across our products.
Delivery charges vary depending location, with a minimum order value of $60.
All deliveries are made Thursdays or Fridays depending your postcode.
