Our Certified Organic Australian Dried Figs are grown with care by Rosnay Organics in Canowindra, NSW, a family farm dedicated to sustainable and regenerative organic farming. Naturally dried and free from pesticides, preservatives, and additives, these figs are bursting with rich, caramel-like sweetness and wholesome goodness. 

The ripest figs are graded and cut in half, then immediately dried in a solar powered dehydrator at low temperature (less than 45 C) to preserve their full natural colour, aroma, flavour, vitamins and natural enzymes. Compare them with imported dried figs which have been cooked, dried and rehydrated, and often packed with preservatives. These figs are considered a raw food.
