Golden Happykraut 450g

Nourishing Wholefoods golden happykraut is coarsely chopped and wild fermented.  Made with crunchy drum cabbage, carrots, turmeric, garam masala and lemon, it is packed with flavours and aromas from the Indian sub-continent.

Kraut offers the perfect balance to rich fatty foods but it’s also delicious tossed through hot or cold salads, on a cheese platter or sprinkled on an omlette or scrambled eggs.

Ingredients: cabbage, organic carrots, organic lemon, organic ginger, organic turmeric, Australian sun-dried macrobiotic sea salt, organic coriander seed, organic cumin seed, garam masala (coriander, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, cassia, ginger, fennel, black pepper), love.

Jars can be reused or returned for reuse to the Good Harvest market stall at Aura or the Nourishing Wholefood market stall at Kawana or Noosa.
